I stayed here in January 2009 prior to embarking on a cruise. It is quite pleasant and upon checking into my room I was offered a glass of champagne, I found a lovely complimentary fruit plate in my room. This was a nice welcome because the restaurant was not available. The room was modern and spacious; the shower had plenty of hot water.. Breakfast was excellent and included a variety of foods.. The spa was lovely;.the rooftop pool quite small It is a short walk to the metro, hop-on bus and marina. In fact, the hop-on-hop-off bus stops at the Christopher Columbus Monument near the blue bus to the cruise terminal. The only negatives I see is that the H10 Hotels should offer web pricing options including breakfast, wellness-spa package, and pool or a half-board option so that it is more clear about the what is included or not in the price. I would also like to see a password reset or password reminder option for H10 club members. Most websites make it easy to retrieve or reset your password via your email address.
