Sleek design, very clean, everything completely OK and all staff very helpfull at any time of day. Since this stay I look everywhere I go, I first check for H10 hotels now. The hotel itself is perfectly located at 200m from Placa de Catalunya, where you can start any visit to the city, or just enjoy life at Barcelona. This is also the central place for public transport. So even the location is ideal. And if you come by car, there is a huge parking under the placa de Catalunya.

We‘ve had an amazing time in BCN. We stayed at the H10 where we were welcomed with a glass of cava and very pleasant reception team. Our whole experience at the hotel was very good and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay close to plaza catalunya. Thanks again for the wonderful time, we‘ll certainly be back.

i visited this hotel last september for the second time. each time i stay there it becomes even more pleasant. the staff are so helpful,its clean and the food is superb.i would recommend it to anyone and actually i‘m hoping to go again in june of 2011

We had a room with windows opening onto a central court and it was very quiet. It was one of the smaller ones but big enough for our 5 night break and comfortable after our museum visits. Food excellent. I have never seen such a wide choice for breakfast and our evening meal was gastronomic perfection.

The extremely professional, helpful and pleasant concierge staff at H10 Universitat saved our stay from disaster. In addition to replacing our room keys instantly and without complaint several times, they were invaluable in resolving an accidental overcharge for lunch at a very expensive restaurant. The housekeeping staff was also very efficient and pleasant. The hotel is clean and modern, with excellent lighting in the room and a wonderful shower. There was some street noise from our second-floor room, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

This hotel is very central and ideal for exploring Barcelona.This was our 4th trip to this city and hotel is the best we have stayed in.We asked for a room on the 6th floor and got a front facing room. Bus routes start from outside hotel, airport bus leaves you 2mins from hotel, taxis are readily available, Ramblas and Placa de Gracia are short walks away, and yet, you are not in the noisy/extremely busy areas. Rooms are very good, clean and spacious Lovely little balcony/enclsoed ledges to see the lively city below. We arrived at the hotel and were made very welcome,breakfast had good selection, juices,cereals, toast,breads etc. Ate in the resteraunt one night food very good. The best thing about this hotel is the friendlyness of staff and its location, cant wait to stay in this hotel again.
