GUARANTEED LOWEST PRICE ON-LINE POLICY

1. Claim Procedure

If you wish to book a room at any of our hotels shown on our website www.h10hotels.com and the rate offered is higher than that shown on any other website for on-line booking, for the same date and hotel, send us the following form. We’ll check out the situation and, if your claim is justified, we’ll apply the lower rate to your booking and see that you get VIP treatment during your stay. Claims by other means will not be accepted.

1.1. Claim Period

The ‘Guaranteed Lowest Rate’ claim must be made at least one day in advance of the check-in date contracted by the client with the hotel.

2. Description of the Guarantee

At H10 Hotels we guarantee that, should you wish to book at one of our hotels and find a lower rate than ours (including management expenses, taxes and services) at another on-line sales channel we will match that rate, provided the dates, number of guests and room type are the same, and we’ll also see you get VIP treatment during your stay.

2.1. Pay on departure

You will always have the option of booking your hotel room and paying only for your stay on check-out.
The debit or credit card used to make the booking will not be charged, provided you pay for your stay on check-out.

2.2. Real-time booking

Your booking will go straight through to our central reservations system at www.h10hotels.com, with no manual intervention whatsoever, and you will be given a reservation reference number.

2.3. You will receive confirmation by e-mail

We’ll confirm your booking by e-mail, including all the details provided during the booking process and other relevant data to do with your accommodation.

2.4. Total security for your Personal Data

H10 Hotels operates stricly in compliance with the personal data protection regulations (LOPD - Spanish Personal Data Protection Statute 15/1999, of 13 December, and other applicable legislation). This commitment only covers the amenities listed for the hotel and rooms, services, indications and contact information given on this website.

2.7. Changes in Itinerary, free of charge

Our team at Central Reservations will help you make whatever changes may be necessary in your booking, free of any extra administrative charge, in line with the H10 Hotels Cancellation Policy. A small charge may be made if there is a price difference in the room or meals as a result of the changes made.

3. Claim acceptance criteria.

For a Claim to be considered, there must be evidence that the comparable rate (the rate charged for the hotel on the other website) is currently valid and available and that it is lower than that offered on the www.h10hotels.com website owned by H10 Hotels.

For this, you must give us:

· The name of the web page where you found the lower rate

· The name of the hotel

· The dates booked for the room

· The price, expenses, board regimen, commissions and currencies shown on the web page.

· The comparable rate must have offered instant on-line confirmation and availability (thus excluding from this guarantee all those web pages that do not offer on-the-spot booking confirmation.). The comparison of the rate between H10 Hotels and that offered by the web page must be currently valid and effective at the time the complaint is made.

· The comparable rate must refer to the same H10 group hotel and the same booking terms (including arrival and departure dates, number of people, conditions of payment/cancellation/modification, meals included and type of room). The price shown must include taxes and any administrative fees or charges payable to the seller.

· The following form must be used for all claims.

· The possible claims and, therefore, compensation offered, are limited to reservations made by private clients only, up to a maximum of two rooms (and up to 4 persons per room); group bookings and those made on the basis of corporate rates or rates found through off-line sales channels (for example, by telephone with a travel agency) are expressly excluded.

· H10 Hotels reserves the right to freely modify or cancel this offer and its terms and conditions at any time.
