Our visit to London is an annual event for shopping and a bit of sight seeing and due terrible travel experience last year decided to stay overnight and found this hotel on a travel website. Couldn‘t believe the price I got a four star hotel for and we waited for the catch - it was a long wait as this hotel is perfect. Reception was professional and welcoming - offered a glass of complimentary champagne. Whole hotel was clean and relaxing atmosphere. We had a twin room which was a great size for London (reading other hotel reviews) Spotlessly clean, huge tv, plenty of wardrobe space, great decor, view of London Eye, and bathroom was clean, plenty of toiletries, fluffy white towel & rainfall shower - cracking! During night hardly heard any traffic noise. Didn‘t have the breakfast or go to gym but will try to on next visit as this is the only hotel I will be booking from now on. Have already recommend hotel to friends, just hope I can get in next year!

This Hotel was Amazing. The rooms were spotless the hotel staff was wonderfull, the breakfast had so much variety. If you are planning a trip to London this is your hotel do not think twice just book and you will see for yourself

A fantastic hotel, very modern & clean. Welcomed by the staff. The restaurant was great, food lovely - although the menu was not extensive (if you are staying more than a few nights, and don‘t fancy venturing out). Tried room service one night, fantastic too...

Everything was excellent. No complaints at all. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable and very frindly helpful staff. Really good coffee. We‘ll try you first next time we come to London.

Hello im from Sweden and i have been staying in many hotels in London and many are terrible as u can hear your neiberhood next room, THIS HOTEL was my VERY BEST sofar and together with its PERFECT SERVICE offerd champagne to custumars as arrival and all staaf was VERY FRINDLY, i can ONLY say that FINNALY i have found my hotel in LONDON as im gonna stay in many times to go in the Future, Toghether with an ENOURMUS NICE BREAKFAST and VERY NICE STAAF this hotel is one of its kind, to offer an 5 STAR service for an good price, I will RETURN MANY TIMES MY very best to everyone at the hotel from Tommy KLAUS Malmgren Bläsing who stayed in room 712 a room i never will forgett, MY very best to your all from me and Gothenburg SWEDEN I was the one who helpt the staaf transaltion from French to Englich as i speak many languages. But in Sweden im an Famous TV Movie star if u watcvh my program and look for RIKET-TOMMY at Google. Enjoy your stay at this VERY fine hotel, The ONE and ONLY with and 5 STAR service but it is an 4 star rated hotel, it decerve all good credit as it is an very good and nice NEW hotel only 1 month old as i was there in April 1 2010 .
