We have stayed in hotel H10 Tenerife Playa (Puerto de la Cruz) from November 7th till November 19th 2011. We have really enjoyed our holiday not only because of the beauty of Tenerife, but also because we have stayed in the best hotel ever! This hotel is located on the beach and in the hotelrestaurant El Drago, you have the perfect view on the beach and the beautiful sea. The hotelpersonnel is very friendly, especially from the restaurant: the four restaurantmanagers, the waiters & the waitresses. We would like to thank all the personnel of H10 Tenerife Playa, but especially: 1. Charles, the funny and helpful cook; 2. the waiter who already remembers and serves our drinks before even ordering; 3. and last but not least the always nice and full of joy restaurantmanager who wears glasses. I have stayed here twice as a couple and as Family of 6 last year 2010 and we have booked to return wiith my daughters family which includes 2 grandchildren. They asked to go back as they had such a lovely time last year so we have booked for 2 weeks in July

The staff at this hotel are very good, food is good with a great choice. Of special note I would like to thank Mrs Rosi Morales who works at the reception. This outstanding individual stayed an hour after her shift had ended and ensured we had our flights re-booked to Canada on very short notice. Her dedication to customer service was exceptional a quality rearly seen these days. Thanks Rosi and the rest of the staff of this great hotel. Highly recommended!!!!

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice in March 2008 and 2009 and we will be staying again in March 2010. The hotel as well as being very central has everything that a holiday maker could want. I would agree with the comment about children, although the hotel caters for them it is more a more mature adult hotel, but parents of young children don‘t be put off as they make oldies feel young. The food although very good and wide in variety is typical of hotels in Spain, and although food is cooked fresh there probably could be a slightly better presentation. This would not however put me off recommending the hotel as it is very good. I‘d give it 4 out of 5

I HAVE BEEN MANY TIMES IN JANUARY EACH YEAR STAFF VERY GOOD, GOOD CHIOCE OF FOOD .ROOMS CLEAN ,GREAT POSITION VERY SUIABLE FOR ADULTS BUT SHOULD NOT BEPROMOTED FOR FAMILIES. ONLY ONE . HEATED POOL WHICH IS OUTDOORS NOT ALWAYS WARM ENOUGHT IN WINTER MONTHS ONLY MINOR PROBLEMS WITH SERVICE VERY DIFFERENT FROM SOUTH AND NOT ALWAYS RAINING IN NORTH AS MANY BELEIVE
