H10 Ocean Dreams, Fuerteventura

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of Feb on a half board basis. Great first impression as the lobby is lovely, decor beautiful & reception staff welcoming. We had 2 rooms in block 5 so knew we didnt have pool views (wed booked late so they werent available). Balcony is is a good size though. The room was more than adequate, the bed is massive! Bathroom also big with 2 sinks & large walk in shower. Had we stayed longer than 4 days (& if theres 2 of you in the room, hanger & drawer space would be limited.) Couple of simple things that would really improve the room, theres a desk but no mirror above it which would have been handy. And no fold away luggage table so your cases have to just be left on the floor in a corner, given the small wardrobe that would be a pain after a few days. Theres no iron in the room & we managed without, but I believe you need to get one from receipt. Our room was across the pool & up 2 flights of stairs/ramps so Im hoping they would have offered to bring us one as id have struggled to carry an iron board all that way! Providing an iron & small board in the room would be much better. Air con was great & cleaning brill, we loved that we could open the room with our wrist band, although they might irritate some. Not sure if hotel was at capacity as there were always sun loungers available at the pool. The loungers are not the comfiest as no padding. The heated pool was appreciated & we loved the aqua fit, yoga, pool bikes, sangria tasting that went on throughout the day, the team work so hard! Its a very chilled & relaxed atmosphere around the pool which was perfect for us. One afternoon we were entertained by a singer & guitar player, they were fantastic! Enjoyed this a lot. You can buy an insulated water bottle at the bar for 6 euros which the bar staff will re-fill with still or sparkling water free of charge. Loved this environmentally friendly approach! A couple of water coolers that we could have helped ourselves to would have been great. We were there Sat to Wed & were a bit surprised that there was no entertainment at night. I believe there were singers due to be on the night we left. It did mean that the bar wasnt used much in the evening & we often wondered where everyone was! We were after a quiet holiday so didnt bother us at all. Our favourite thing about the H10 was the food, so good! Breakfast has the usual buffet items but also an a la carte menu to order from. Everything we tried was great. The dinner was even better, we loved the buffet starters & our main meals were incredible. We ate out in Correlajo one night but agreed the food was far better in the H1. Correlajo itself has plenty of bars & restaurants & we enjoyed the live music in music square & a walk along the beach. Thank you to all the staff at the H10 (special mention to Tiago!) for a wonderful stay.

Great stay and lovely spa experience Lovely stay at this hotel. The grounds are clean & tidy, the staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Large smart TV on the wall but with no internet connectivity available (yet?) so unable to access YouTube or Netflix. We had breakfast only included with our stay and there was plenty of choice and all the food was fresh and plentiful. The entertainment team were also friendly and engaging in the various activities they offer throughout the day. The hotel is decorated in a modern, chic style. We stayed in a superior room with a great view over the pool and a large bed for sun lounging on the balcony if you wish. We found the mattress to be a little firm for us, and so we requested a mattress topper which was provided with no trouble and was then much better. Pool was very good and plenty of sun beds. We also used the pool bar most days, which was very nice the drinks (cocktails / sangria) and the food was delicious. Lastly the gym was well equipped, and the spa was excellent. Special mention to Pilar who I had booked a back massage with and she was brilliant. Very relaxing and one of the best massages Ive had. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend booking in for a treatment at the spa if you have the chance and fancy treating yourself to a treatment.

Best hotel we have stayed in for a while Stayed in a few H10 s but this is the best lovely hotel not big but that suited us perfectly easy too get around Hotel is spotless room maybe a little bit small but not a big issue Staff are really friendly Pool is unreal and heated We were b and b and breakfast was just excellent great choice and good quality Location is v good short stroll to centre of the resort.

Really lovely and relaxing week at H10, the only thing I would improve are the vegan food options- wouldve been nice to have some on the dinner menu and not need to specifically request an option! Staff really helpful, nice rooms and quiet vibes which is exactly what we wanted Pool warm enough to swim in Would go back for sure
