H10 Ocean Dunas, Fuerteventura

Amazing hotel and we were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a fantastic room. Cant fault the staff, all of whom were friendly and helpful. The complex and rooms are spotless. We stayed half board and the food was good, our only comment would be that there wasnt enough options for the vegetarian for a week so we ended up eating out 2 days. Would most definitely return.

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Arrived to a cold glass of cava and check in was quick and easy. Had an amazing room. The bed was comfy and the linen clean and good quality. The only thing missing were a set of drawers. The pool area was clean and tidy, plenty of loungers although some guests do feel the need to take a towel down at 8am and not return till lunch time. It was always quiet and peaceful, just the birds twittering. We were half board and found the food good. Yes the choice at night is always the same but there is plenty of choice. Breakfast was good, again, plenty to choose from. The staff were always on hand if you needed anything different. Great location for the main strip, beaches etc. All in all a very relaxing holiday which was the aim. Thank you to all the staff

This is our 2nd time here and we loved it... again..... We did have a slight issue with our room not been ready due to a guest not leaving when told to.... think that person is on here.... but it was soon issued after my husband fell asleep in reception..... we had an early start. The room 148 was lovely and clean, cannot complain, maybe more English channels on telly, but we werent there to watch telly. Food - I didnt have a problem with breakfast. I thought there was plenty to eat and a good choice. Coffee machine did keep breaking down, but it was getting alot of use. Tea..... YAK. Lunch, when we had it, was adequate. If I wasnt keen on something they actually did their best to accommodate. Evening meal - even though this is made to order I did struggle, hence eating out more than usual. BUT.... thank you to William, Camilla, Carolina and Davide, for all your help. Much appeciated your mad lot...... There were always sun loungers, even though a group of 6 did try and keep them when they werent present, but you do have sunloungers on your terrace if you have a junior suite. Yes I would def. go again to this hotel. Thank you guys

Just back from an amazing weeks stay here. The hotel certainly lived up to our expectations. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who gave us a glass of fizz whilst explaining about the hotel. We had a superior room and it was spacious and lovely. The pool area was quiet with plentiful loungers and umbrellas. Bar prices very reasonable and the cocktails were lovely. I required a gluten free diet and the restaurant staff ensured my 3 course dinner always came from the kitchen. The food was great and we felt the menu was extensive, there was also a special every night. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were constantly ensuring dishes were replenished. The hotel was very quiet despite being in the town centre. Great for relaxing. We would without doubt recommend. Sincere thanks to every member of staff we dealt with, so friendly and courteous.
