"I want to give this stay as a gift"

Fill in the form

Choose one of our hotels, fill in the form fields and pay for your reservation in advance.

Receive your gift voucher

You will receive the gift voucher via email, and you can print it, download it as a pdf, or share it.

FAQs

How long is the gift voucher valid for?

The gift voucher is valid until the entry date specified in the booking.

How can I redeem my voucher?

You will have to present your gift voucher at the hotel Front Desk, together with your ID/Passport.

How many gift vouchers can I make? Can I make modifications?

It is only possible to generate 1 gift voucher per booking. To make modifications to this gift voucher, you will have to contact the hotel email that appears on the voucher.

What do I do if I already have a booking and I want to use the gift voucher?

If in the reservation process you marked the option "I WANT TO OFFER THIS STAY AS A GIFT" you can contact our Bookings Department: reservations@h10hotels.com or +34 900 444 466, and indicate the following:

  • Booking ID
  • Name of the gift recipient
  • Name of the person/group that purchased the gift

We can then send you the personalized gift voucher via email.

If in the reservation process you did not check the option "I WANT TO OFFER THIS STAY AS A GIFT" you will not be able to generate the gift voucher.

Is the payment secure?

The details on your card are sent to the bank or PayPal via an encrypted connection with the same level of security used by online banks.

Can I cancel the booking made using a gift voucher?

If your booking is made with a free cancellation rate, you can cancel it without issue.

In contrast, if your booking is non-refundable or has restrictions, it will be subject to the conditions of that booking.
