H10 White Suites, Lanzarote

thank you to the wonderful, hard working staff of the White Suites - have stayed at the White Suites many times, and always the service from the staff cannot be faulted - a special HUGE THANKS to the following: Ildiko, reservations Manager, Roxanne, Marcel, Andreas - for being so very helpful at all times- and I know return guests will agree, Jhoan, Guests Relations Manager, nothing is to much trouble - maid service is 100 hundred per cent, the grounds are beautifully maintained, - service at the pool bar, very quick - always found something I enjoyed in the dining room to eat - and thanks to Alba the waitress in the Italian Restaurant, food very good, wonderful cocktails served - in the cocktail bar - again, thank you and I look forward to my next visit April 2025. Another lovely 2 weeks stay at White Suites. Received a lovely welcome as always with a very welcome glass of Cava. Suites are large, lovely comfy bed and walk in shower. Bedding is clean and lovely fluffy white towels. Suites cleaned daily to a high standard. Grounds are very well kept, and very clean. Daily entertainment, some good, some not so good ( we all have different tastes). The food is not as good as we have had and sometimes there are queues for the restaurant in the evening, but for a hotel buffet it's expected. The breakfast bacon is so good so hubby is happy!!! Hotel very central for Marina Rubicon, Playa Dorada and PB. There is a supermarket across the road. The AI drinks are the best we have ever had!!! The staff are all amazing, all work so hard and always with a smile. Thanks to everyone.

We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for one week at the end of October. We had gone back again because we enjoyed our stay so much last time. Everything was kept spotlessly clean, our room was cleaned every day and the bed made. We got new towels whenever we needed them. We were very lucky to have been upgraded to one of the newly renovated deluxe rooms and would highly recommend them. Everything decorated to a high standard, large good quality wardrobes and a comfortable bed. Loads of room including a lovely lounge area with comfortable sofa. Only niggle with the bed was the sheet was not fitted and tended to come out and get all wrinkled up. We had a quiet pool out the back to share with just a few rooms and our own sunbeds so no worries about getting one. Having said that, although yes some people must have been up at the crack of dawn to reserve a sunbed round the main pool, we always got one when we wanted to. Entertainment was generally good and varied, we just weren't keen on the loud DJ music on Sunday afternoon round the pool but that's personal choice and we were tired having just arrived and hadn't got our room yet ( which we already knew would be the case until 3pm). We had a small niggle with the room fan not working but that was quickly fixed. Food was the normal hotel buffet style, and generally good, always finding something we liked including my husband who is a vegetarian, although would have liked better labeling on the food as not always sure if some things had meat in them. Very much enjoyed our one meal in the Italian restaurant, lovely atmosphere. Staff everywhere were lovely, friendly and very hard working, never had to wait very long for anything and always got a lovely place in the restaurant almost every time in our place of choice by the window. Bar staff were quick and efficient and made great cocktails. Pool bar food decent quality. All in all we had a lovely relaxing time and have already booked for next year.

Huge thank you to Johan and team for such a lovely warm welcome and taking care of me during my stay, everyone is so friendly, professional and really helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside and out the pools and gardens are well maintained. The food was lovely as always with so much choice. The live music and DJ were fantastic as was the the Aqua bike session every Sunday. The nearby beaches are beautiful, It is my 4th visit and intend to return again soon. Thank you again and for the personal touches that means such a lot.
