H10 Croma Málaga, Málaga

My sister and I had a fabulous three nights at this hotel. The reception always had several staff on duty so we never had to queue. They were polite, very informative and attentive. The room was immaculate as were all the public facilities. Breakfast is extensive with an a la carte menu included in the B & B rate. The view from the rooftop bar and pool were wonderful day or night especially after a sightseeing. At the weekend there is a tardeo. The location is great right by the food market, old town, El Corte Inglés and close to transport links.

Weve been back home a week and miss it badly. From the moment we arrived we were treated by everyone as if we were special. The staff were brilliant, the hotel is a very high standard and the location is absolutely brilliant. Malaga is an amazing city and everything is really a very short walk from the H 10. I can highly recommend this place and cant wait to return.

Ok lets start with the summary. This is an excellent hotel, in a near perfect location, decor is pitch-perfect and in excellent condition, food is great and service is excellent. Ok here are the details. Location - Close to the market and Malaga centre. Perfect distance from everything, but not so close that it was too noisy. Rooms on the west side of the hotel may be noisier due to the main road. Room - We stayed in a Junior Suite which was generously sized with nice seating area. Bathroom had with a huge walk-in shower with both a rainshower and handheld fittings. Decor style was modern and new. Lots of storage space. Even the hotel hairdryer was good. We were also given a free bottle of Cava in our room which was a nice gesture. Facilities - The rooftop terrace is brilliant. Chilled space to relax during the day, with a 360 degree view across Malaga and towards the sea. A bit livelier in the evening. Good range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Smoothies were delicious. Food was also good. Rooftop pool was very shallow, so swimming was not possible. Fitness centre was also very small. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel, as there are lots of other options nearby. But the hotel breakfast had lots of guests using it and seemed to be a big space. Service - Service was excellent and very friendly. We had a small issue with our bedside light which was fixed immediately. Overall an excellent hotel if you want to experience Malaga, but also want to spend some time chilling in the hotel. Not the hotel for you if you want to swim or use a spa, but it does everything else really well.

We have just had an excellent three nights stay at this hotel. The staff were all brilliant and very very helpful. The rooftop bar and restaurant are really good and the views are amazing. . Would definitely recommend this Hotel. I use a wheelchair and every bit of it was accessible.
