H10 Casa del Mar, Mallorca

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, check in was efficient and the receptionist was lovely and friendly. We arrived before check in but we were able to go to our room as it was ready, breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and always somewhere to sit, the staff in the restaurant were lovely too. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Just had a 4 day stay at this superbly located hotel, excellent value, and great service. Rooms were fine. It was a stunning golf break booked with golf travel centre, who are excellent. The local golf courses are better than Turkey, and the dining and bars are great fun.

We visited in October 2024. The hotel is in the best location in Santa Ponsa. Very clean and modern. We were bit disappointed when we arrived at 9.25pm and were told the restaurant was closing at 9.30 so no evening meal was available even though on half board. They said we should have phoned ahead to guarantee a meal. The breakfasts were very good, loads of choices available to cater for the variety of nationalities at the hotel. Very often the food was warm not hot however , especially the eggs, tomatoes etc kept on the warmer. I know this has been mentioned on other reviews, so definitely something the hotel needs to address. Great views from the rooftop bar and terrace. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby Carlos in the restaurant was very good albeit some of his staff were a bit surly and clearly couldnt wait to finish the season. Bar staff were excellent , very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Beds and pillows extremely hard. Making it difficult to sleep on many nights. Air conditioning good and the cleaner was there every day without fail. Overall I would return to this hotel maybe on a bed and breakfast basis as soon as possible much choice for evening meal in the town..

We stayed at this hotel last week. The weather was a bit changeable but this hotel is very well located for all amenities nearby. Our check in and welcome was warm and friendly, offering two complimentary drinks at the bar. We stayed in a twin pool view on the first floor. The room was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable, fluffy pillows and towels. Only downside was no tea tray or kettle but we did manage to get one from reception/bar. All the hotel staff were friendly and courteous. We ate in the cafe outside for lunch and the breakfast buffet offered a very good selection. Lots of local shops, supermarket and pharmacy, Lots of local restaurants - the little beach resort cafe opposite is great - lovely fresh seafood and you can watch the sunset. The restaurant at the end of the beach to the right is very good too with friendly staff. we didn't swim in the main pool but spent all of our time in the roof top bar area. Comfy sunbeds if you manage to grab one but only 2 with shade. The infinity pool was delightful but very cold! Its lovely to go up there for a pre dinner drink and watch the sunset. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and we will return.
