Ocean Coral & Turquesa, Riviera Maya

27 of us went here for my 20 year marriage renewal. I booked a wedding package with Pablo, and he was very easy to work with. The building (7) we were in was just renovated and had some issues, mainly with our keys not working consistently, but our butler Carlos was very quick to get it fixed. Any room issues we had were fixed quickly. The food was very good, especially at Sensai, Italian, privilege lounge, and poolside lunch. Angeles at privilege section of the quiet pool is AMAZING. She works her tail off and has such a great attitude. Our butler Carlos checked on us often, made our reservations for us, and did his best to appease all 27 of us, which is not easy to do! Carlos was kind, attentive, and did a wonderful job. The beach had a lot of sargassum and was a bit too rough to go in the water but that's no fault of the resort. It was just a stormy week. We booked 2 excursions with the Dive It group, and Gustavo helped me book everything even before I arrived. He was very kind and easy to work with. Wonderful time and would definitely return!

We had the opportunity to visit Ocean Coral as part of a large group celebrating a 50th birthday. As always, the resort was beautiful and an absolute pleasure to stay at. The staff were beyond exceptional with a special shoutout to Carlos, our butler! He ensured that our entire group was taken care of at all times. Carlos went the extra mile to attend a surprise wedding in our group as well as ensuring that they received a most beautiful, custom gift made by his mother! I would not hesitate to recommend Ocean Coral and more specifically would suggest that you ask for Carlos, if given the chance. We cannot wait to go back!

Just returned from an enjoyable week at Ocean Coral. Of the many AI resorts we have stayed at on this Mexican peninsula I would certainly rate the service and the staff with the highest points. Some of the restaurants were 'hit and miss' at times so by booking the Privilege category certainly affords you the chance to enjoy their exclusive dining experience with air conditioning. The main buffet is very good offering a wide selection of dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The main lobby area is huge and the best I have seen in years- with much comfortable seating and bars galore. The pool and beach area (Privilege) has no shortage of places to spend your day and Ricardo and Jose get special mention here - they will pamper you with their enthusiastic attention. Too many names to mention overall but thanks to our Butler, Jesus, who helped make our stay smooth and easy. But, a very special mention as to be for Senor Luis Macias, Privilege Supervisor for sorting out a room booking hic-cup on arrival and thus ending up with something that was above what we expected. I'm afraid the days of dress codes are fading fast- men and women wearing sleeveless t-shirts, no long pants at dinner, overall poor taste at the dinner tables- I guess I'm old fashioned now! Great stay all staff very helpful and happy pool bar was excellent fun helped by gustarvo and his team entertainment team was energetic and very engaging with guests so all in all we had a great time and would definitely return without any hesitation
