A perfect Privilege experience

My wife and I are in the H10 Reward Loyalty scheme. According to our Profile, since March 2015 we have stayed at a H10 Hotel on 26 occasions totalling 113 nights with all but our first say being on a Privilege basis. We are currently on our 7th night of a 10 night stay and wanted to give our thoughts on this Hotel as it was April 2019 when we last stayed here, less than a year before the outbreak of Covid. There have been a number of physical changes to the hotel since we were last here, notably the addition of 7th floor Privilege rooms next to the new rooftop terrace/Sky Bar with an infinity pool. We could not recommend this area more highly. The Privilege package allows full use of this area with plenty of sun beds whilst we have been here as well as free drinks from 11am until 5pm included in the Privilege package. There is also a Privilege pool area at ground level overlooking the sea and there are 3 la Carte restaurants for Privilege Clients to go to as well as a general buffet bar. We ate most meals in the La Tosca restaurant and the staff were amazing - so helpful, friendly and enthusiastic to ensure your requirements were met. We made a point of getting names of the breakfast staff - Nubia,Anca,Sara, Pedro, Kathryn and Laura who worked in the kitchen - all were brilliant as far as we were concerned. We have no hesitation in recommending the Privilege package at this hotel and consider the extra cost to be well worth it.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Location: slighty out of the main adeje town but lovely access to beachfront promenade on which you could walk to small town of la caleta or to plaza del duque. Local bus runs every 20 mins and goes as far as Playa Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Shop within 5 minute walk of hotel for the essentials....water etc. Room: Clean, well sized and good balcony. Bathroom a little tired in places but all functional and air con worked well which was a must in the heat. I found the spring matress somewhat uncomfortable, it was noisy and I get the impression it was well used and in need of replacement. A quick trip to reception to ask for a matress topper to be added and this made it much more comfortable. We stayed in room 015 which was near the delivery entrance and staff area which meant it was sometimes a little noisy but not an issue and close to the lift which helped with the pram. Facilities: Outdoor pool area lovely with good range of pools and spaces for everyone from young children to those who prefer somewhere quieter to relax. Pool area was well cleaned each night. Indoor pool a little tired and in need of a bit of maintenance, it also said it was heated but cant say I noticed it being significantly warmer than the outdoor pools. Piano bar and lobby are lovely areas, a big space with good seating and nice decoration. I did however find the large lobby area very warm and found myself returning to our room sooner than normal for some aircon. The entertainment room had great air con but unfortunately was too loud for our young baby. Food: We were half board. The buffet always had a good range of food and we were never left with nothing to eat. We particularly enjoyed breakfast and some of the desserts. The buffet was run very well, waiters friendly and always very clean. Mango dacquiri and mojito tasty!

Clean rooms. Nice complex. Friendly staff. Knowledge of gluten free food but very limited choices. The pool is freezing, went in October with outside temp around mid 20s and it was too cold to go in.

had a great time here, very lovely staff and very clean. Great location for couples and things to do for people of all ages
