H10 Porto Poniente, Benidorm

Stunning hotel. Staff are lovely and the hotel is absolutely immaculate. Great location. We are staying in a Junior suite which is really spacious and decor is beautiful. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Bathroom has a walk in spacious shower, double sink and nice toiletries. Hairdryer is attached to wall and strong but I could have brought my own with a nozzle. Fridge in room and bottle of water, kettle et. We are in room 503 which is a side room with a small balcony which has comfortable chairs and gets the sun in the afternoon. Main restaurant is on the ground floor and is really nice, plenty of variety for breakfast with chef making omelettes etc to order. We are on half board and the evening meals are excellent again with plenty of choice. Through the day we have used the snack bar which is on the 5th floor and again great menu to pick from and lovely attentive staff. The 5th floor has great sun loungers, a small pool and also beautiful views out to sea and along the poniente beach. The 7th floor has also got sun loungers and a small plunge pool. Outside the hotel you have the choice of turning right or left and either way you will have a good, flat walk with plenty of little restaurants and coffee shops. We havent explored the old town yet as this is only a short 4 night break to recharge the batteries and get away from the rain and weather in Scotland. We are already talking about coming back as we both love this hotel and the surrounding area is stunning. I am sure there is so much more to do here and I believe the Levante beach may be livelier but this is perfect for us.

Came back on Friday 19th and did not wish to leave. I had previously been to Benidorm many years ago and did not like one bit. So i was pleasantly surprised with the Old Town and Poniente Beach side. As for the H10 Porto Poniente it is exceptional. What i would expect of an H10 hotel. Front the moment we arrived to the minute we left all the staff were super efficient. We had a Junior Suite Sea View Room. Now the view was just wonderful. Room, large and the furnishings comfortable. Being an H10 member we received chocolates on arrival, and 2 Lindor chocolates every day. Also a free bottle of wine for being returning guests. We were half board and never at all struggled to find something tasty to eat. Breakfast was plentiful. Yes as there are in other hotels throughout the world, there were certain busy times at breakfast and later at evening meal but you did not have to wait long. This did not cause us any issues. The Pool on the 5th floor was not deep but i did swim in this, yes it is cold but once your moving not an issue. The view from up there was stunning. Did not venture to the top floor and the adults only area with plunge pool as always found a sun bed on the 5th floor. It was also nice to see the bar staff from the bar on that floor taking note of people who had left towels on bed and went our for over an hour and then they were removed for others to use. The Spa facilities were small but equally good. Would I return to the H10 Porto Poniente, a BIG YES! Keep up the hard work the H10 crew you certainly all know your jobs well. Linsay

The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, Alicia the customer relations manager is a very helpful and genuine person. Nothing is too much trouble. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious and the food excellent. Location is amazing and we will certainly be going back to this hotel.

We stayed for four nights in April 2024. The welcome is amazing with a cold glass of cava, and the reception staff are lovely. Reception smells amazing - I still want to know where I can buy the scent. The rooms are so clean and modern - definitely opt for a sea view. The pool area is gorgeous with the best views in Benidorm. Good range of food and drink in both the restaurant and pool bar.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was good and the bed was comfortable and it was cleaned to a high standard. There were excellent choices of dishes at breakfast and dinner in the dining room and all the staff worked extremely efficiently to keep everything running smoothly. They were all very friendly and professional, Oscar was particularly helpful. The pool area was great with fantastic views across the bay and the lunch menu was excellent, there was a good choice of food it was very well cooked and good value. The staff were lovely always willing to help and very friendly.
