Lovely hotel friendly staff Good food choice always something to eat. Hotel was spotless good rooms Pool area good only gripe people with bottles and glasses round pool Yet it poster saying glass not allowed pool area Really enjoyed our stay Didn't no hotel was cashless until we arrived took euros. Not a problem though Door key on wristband couldn't lose key lol You could put money on wristband to spend in hotel. Bar prices pretty good aswell

Back in 2027

Arrived early from a glasgow flight knew check in wasnt till 15.00 left luggage .small bar next to it called potters excellent place for hot snacks n chilled beer checked in early ay 14.30 staff brilliant .lift up to room 340 clean comfy bed and decent balcony all accesible by wrist band which has access to room plus paying for drinks ..can top up at reception. We were half board and breakfast and evening meal were spot on also if your going out can change meals for lunch instead of evening meal give them notice thou..lobby in hotel is so relaxing plenty spaces to relax have a drink or a ice cream .prices on bar are quite good too entertainment also is a mix bag..central to salou also a bonus ..only thing is the oldies queing up for there must have sunbeds from 08.30 every day. But always got a bed but not in the same place after breakfast 09.30..overall great holiday weather superb staff were a credit to the vintage will we book for next year ...YES..See u in 2027 sptember

Great location

This hotel is in a great location. Check in was quick though you don’t get into your room until 3 so had to leave our cases and go back. We had a pool view room which I would recommend. Rooms were clean though a bit dated. We were half board and although buffet wasn’t massive the food was always fresh and topped up regularly. We caught the evening entertainment a couple of nights and it was really quite good. If you have a pool view room you can watch from your balcony as it is held outside when weather is good. We stayed 9 nights and never had an issue getting sunbeds. We used the roof terrace a few times and it was really clean and a nice small bar. As mentioned in previous reviews there is very little sound proofing between rooms which can be an issue. My only criticism is that although there are lots of sunbeds there are very few parasols. During our stay we never had one at all and in the temperatures we had while there I would definitely have used one. We took the Plana bus to Tarragona which is well worth a visit if you are in Salou and for those that like shopping it has a great shopping centre. Cambrils is also well worth a visit.

Very nice hotel

Nice hotel in a great location. Came to salou for a long weekend with friends and couldn’t have got a better location. It was a 10 minute walk from the beach and also the town. The hotel it self was really modern with a lovely decor. Reception staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Check in was easy. Rooms were basic but again modern plenty of storage space and nice bathroom. Rooms were cleaned daily. Only downside was no tea/coffee making abilities. We booked bed and breakfast and the breakfast was great, plenty of choice to suit all needs and helped yourself to tea,coffee and juice station. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Pool area wasn’t open till 9am and ther was no option for people to secure loungers beforehand which was areal bonus. We arrived first day at midday and we easily got a lounger for the 4 of us. They didn’t accept cash at the bar only card which would of been a pain for 4 friends as we didn’t want to keep talking up who spent what so it was really helpful that they did a wrist band that you got at reception that you pre payed so that solved that, only thing was there was only 1 wrist band so the same person has to keep getting the drinks!! Pool was lovely and there was also a roof top pool that was quiet. Only saw 1 night of entertainment which was good. I would definitely stay here again if going to Salou x
