There is a roof top bar however this does close early - no bars open within hotel when returning from night out.

No room climate control in winter

My last review about this hotel was in June 2025. Now we are back, because this hotel is perfectly located for gay people like us. Friendly staff, nice room and a great variety of amenities. BUT.now we are back during winter and I cannot control the temperature of the room!! It is TOOO HOT! Its difficult to sleep with this temperature. Opening the window is not possible because of the traffic in the street with too much noise.
I dont understand that the hotel of this standard has a dreadful climate control system for the room.
Im using the fan, but it is still too warm and I have the feeling that there is no ventilation at all!!
My advise to people who want to stay in this hotel: do not come in winter!!
Thats the reason that I cannot give more than 4.

Awesome hotel.

Stayed for 1 night pre-cruise. Excellent location and H10 reputation attracted us to this hotel, on arrival we were overwhelmed by the welcome - the staff were friendly and helpful and their courtesy exceeded our expectations and more! Lovely hotel, beautiful clean comfortable rooms and very tastefully designed. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, a perfect stay!

Great location within walking distance of the Palace. Well appointed rooms, with good sound proofing.
Wouldn't recommend the roof top bar for food. It's more volume than taste but pleasant spot to get a sundowner.
Staff very friendly and offer a warm welcome.
