Kindness and thoughtfulness

My sister and I arrived on the 4th exhausted from not sleeping on the plane and hot from walking even a short distance from Placa Catalunya - and as soon as we arrived the air conditioning was noticeable and Anas and Diego greeted us with a lovely conversation and a cold drink and remembered we were celebrating our birthdays and even remembered which day our birthdays were. After we got back from our adventure that afternoon there was chocolate cake and other treats for us that was so thoughtful and we devoured immediately! Their kindness left a great impression on us- not for what we got out of it, but was a real and caring conversation that will have us return again someday. It took me months to select a top three hotel here in Barcelona and I chose H10 Cubik which was an excellent location and Im relieved I was right about my choice. The breakfast is the absolute best breakfast Ive had at any hotel anywhere in the world.

Nearly perfect

Arrived at this H10 expecting great things after previous visits to H10 in other cities. We arrived and were able to check in straight away, the room was spacious and the bathroom was sizeable, perfect shower. Location was amazing, step out and walk to all the big attractions and if a cab was required, you can literally hail one from right outside the hotel. We enjoyed the rooftop and drinks, the bar staff and special mention to the cleaners, great job. We had one issue, no guest room for after checkout. This should be mandatory in a hotel of this stature but no shower facilities if you have a late night flight, which was disappointing otherwise a great hotel overall.

This place is faultless! It literally has it all.

I cannot praise this hotel enough. We had 3 rooms as a family of 4 and stayed for 4 days. The hotel and the rooms are immaculate, the staff are the nicest and most helpful I have come across in years of travelling, they cannot do enough for you and it is all with smile. The rooms are fabulous and so very well equipped. The location was amazing for exploring all of Barcelona. They even helped us when our travel agent let us down with transfers. The pool is lovely, the food is great and we felt very safe around the hotel and local area. The rooftop bar is an added bonus and was lovely. We even had a bottle of fizz delivered to the room as welcome. One of our rooms had a beautiful balcony and was well worth the extra money. We had a 4 hour wait until our return pick up and they had such nice areas to wait and kept our luggage safe. I will always seek out H10 hotels from now on. Thank you for making our Barcelona trip so perfect!
