Walking into the hotel for the first time, it was stunning, nice and bright and a lovely aroma wafting in the reception area.
Rooms overlooking the sea front are exceptional, would highly recommend.
Food needed to be slightly hotter in temperature and a bit more variety.
Overall the hotel is amazing, so much so we booked again before we left.

A very new hotel with excellent facilities, very friendly staff always willing to help you; we have special memories of Lorena at reception and Josué and Olga in the dining room.

Fantastic good hotel. Super friendly staff. Restaurant is TOP: delicious, very varied buffet. Extensive breakfast buffet. Ideal location. The junior suite was very comfortable and clean. We are coming back next year!

First visit to Benidorm and to a H10 Hotel, probably the best hotel in town!
My wife and I, together with our two daughters found check in very smooth and easy. We were cheerfully greeted by friendly staff with a glass of chilled cava which was welcome on a hot day.
The hotel is in a wonderful position right on the promenade of Porto Poniente, busy but lovely to "watch the world go by" and enjoy the expansive sea views and stroll along to nearby restaurants.
Our rooms, two Junior Suites with a sea view on the first floor were beautiful.
We were there during a our anniversary which we celebrated in a restaurant a few doors away, The Dining Room, and had an excellent meal and a great laugh with the staff, expecially Barry who looked after us and kept us entertained making sure we had everything we wanted.
On our return to the hotel room we were delighted to find a bottle of bubbly on ice together with 4 glasses and a lovely greeting card with a personal message inside, very thoughtful thank you H10 staff.
The hotel is beautifully designed and excellently run by hard working staff in all departments, well worthy of a 5 star review.
