H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens, Lanzarote

We have returned from holiday with our two children, aged 7 and 9. It was absolutely terrific, and is everything you could ask for in an all inclusive week in the sunshine. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the animation / kids club crew were the best team wed encountered. This is a family resort where there is no loud, late night partying. The guests were a lovely group, all enjoying time with their families. Location: excellent. 5 minute walk from the beach with golden sand. We snorkelled and saw lots of little fish. Its also close to loads of shops, and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. We hired a car, and there were always spaces in the car park opposite. I Rooms: clean and comfortable. Nice big balcony, and quiet! The hairdryer in the room was quite powerful compared to the usual. Lovely pillows, my pillows at home were a disappointment to return to! Food: very impressive and delicious! There is something for everyone. Our kids stuck to pizza, chicken, chips etc, but we enjoyed beautifully cooked fresh food at every meal. There is plenty of salad, veg., fruit, and a vegan pudding area. We loved seeing Maria every day when she greeted and seated us. Drinks: we were on the all inclusive package, and they had a huge selection of spirits and cocktails. I stuck mostly to wine and beer. The wine was superb, and the beer was Estrella. No disappointment at all. Pools: there are two heated pools, one little one for babies and toddlers, and a larger one for adults. The temperate is great and I was able to stay in for a long time. The other large pool is not heated. There is a pirate ship and a slide. Entertainment / kids clubs:: as mentioned above, we thought the animation and kids teams were terrific. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was the different kids club age groups. Usually there is a baby group, and one big group for children aged 4-12, but here there were 4 different age groups. This meant my older child was in the 9-12 age group and they did more age relevant activities including football, basketball, mini golf, water polo, card games, and a lot of other stuff. Our younger child had a blast in his club and made lots of little friends. There are also activities for the adults. My husband enjoyed the rifle and pistol shooting, and I was just glad that everyone was happy! They had our certificates for participation and winners every night. It was lovely and a great confidence boost. As parents, we appreciated the slightly earlier timings at this resort. The mini disco was at 7.30pm, and the evening performance was at 8.30pm (8pm on Tuesdays). We really enjoyed the evening entertainment. There were a variety of shows, and the standard from the professionals was very high. If you dont fancy watching a show, there is a live musician in the pool bar every night. There is so much more I could write, all positive. None of us wanted to leave. It was a joy. I highly recommend it for your happy family holiday.

This was our second stay in H10 Costs Teguise and despite it being very busy due to our stay being over the mid-term break, I have to say we had a fantastic holiday! It really is the ideal place to stay with young children. Our 5yr old and 3 yr old absolutely love the pools and are genuinely sad to leave the kids club. Karen and all her team run the kids club like a Montessori and the entertainment in the evenings with kids disco and shows are just fantastic. We will be back and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We have just returned home after a fabulous week long all inclusive stay at Lanzarote Gardens! We are a family of 3 with a 4 year old boy. Firstly we wouldnt hesitate in recommending this hotel to any family! Being all inclusive the food offering is a big part of the package. We found there was always something for us all and really enjoyed that there was a different theme every night of our stay. The hotel itself felt clean and our room certainly was and had everything we would need during our stay. The staff are amazing, every single person we passed were welcoming and attentive! There arent many places where everyone from the receptionist to the gardener smile and say hello. Bravo! If this is the benchmark for H10 we look forward to seeing what else you have to offer!

I booked this quite last minute and was just me and my son (12) the hotel and surrounding area had everything we wanted and really enjoyed it Pre arrival Booked direct with hotel and as I became a member got a good discount and saved money vs package The hotel also arranged my transfers for me from airport and was really good and quick service If I'd known how cheap the upgrade was for all inc at arrival I would have saved even more as booked all inc when booked hotel but the upgrade package at check in was brilliant Check-in/room Check in was really quick, staff very friendly, loved our room was in lanzarote block refurb room on 3rd floor, very clean, spacious, modern and air con was gr8. Downside was getting to 3rd floor with cases tested my fitness levels.. Hotel/entertainment I really loved how friendly and relaxed this hotel was, no issues with sun beds..we usually went down about 10/1030 and plenty of choice Activities in day were at your choice, plenty to do for all ages but not in your face either, my son loved water basketball, pool tables and of course the slides One of the pools was cold, other one was OK but once you were in it was fine ..think this was as most days started very cloudy but hot my lunch time..that suited me tbh Food. I loved it ..plenty of choice and switched between restaurant and pool bar for lunch My son struggled with food abit was samey every night for children who are not adventurous with food ..pasta. pizza..hot fogs etc.. Drinks ..loved the branded drinks and cocktails Entertainment..I've had better in the evenings..the party nights on Mon and Fri were fab, but other nights were OK Area I really liked how much was surrounding this hotel, great location, shops,bars,beach. We walked to market on a Fri night into the main part of CT and was only 10-15 min. We also got the free bus to rancho texas really enjoyed this trip and would recommend Overall I really get why people return to this hotel and will deffo look to stay in H10 resorts again.
