Lovely family holiday

This was our second holiday at this hotel, a family of nine people ranging in ages from 9 months to 71 years. We had two bungalows and a two bedroom apartment on a half board basis.
We cannot fault any aspect of our food, accommodation, children's facilities or staff service. We had a cleaner service every day and everything was spotless. There was a huge range of good quality food to choose from at every meal and the restaurant staff could not have been more patient or friendly. At the time we stayed most of the children were young so mealtimes were noisy, but this is a family friendly hotel, so to be expected.
The play parks were handy, pools were fun and overall we had a really nice family break and would certainly return.

Came to stay with my family of 6. We stayed in a bungalow. I highly recommend All inclusive, amazing deal for money.
The hotel is in a great location, a short walk away from the beach, and right next to a lot of shops.
The staff are amazing, extremely joyful and dedicated, especially the animation team who were so kind and welcoming to my family. I was also very impressed by the multilingualism of the staff, with the majority of them knowing at least 2 fluent languages!
The restaurant isnt the best, very noisy and crowded, although i do accept that the hotel cant really help that.
My main issue is the cleanliness of my room. There were no huge problems but there were a couple of small things like gum on the corner of the tv, coffee cup marks on the counters, dirty floors etc.

Fantastic hotel

First time staying here and had a brilliant time. Room was lovely and immaculate. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They food was excellent, with something for everyone. Location was great, few minutes from beach, shops, restaurants. Doctors and chemist right beside hotel. Very family friendly. Short distance from airport so perfect for us. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Another superb holiday. We first came here 15 years ago with small children and have been back every year. The friendly staff can’t do enough for you and really do go the extra mile to make your holiday extra special. We now visit as a couple and feel superbly relaxed from the first moment we enter the hotel. If you are reading this then don’t hesitate to book…you will have the best time ever.
