Lovely hotel with minor drawbacks

If I could give 3.5 I would do. I will start with the negatives. 1. Cleanliness of the bedroom was not great. Shower tray was dirty and floor and balcony needed cleaning. We heard people complain and certainly our experience was not as bad as some we overheard but a little more effort in housekeeping could have helped 2. Some missing tiles in the pool. A trip hazard 3. WiFi was poor But the location was amazing, on the beachfront (we had a sea view), a local well stocked supermarket next door and a helpful pharmacy also very close along with shops and restaurants and the tourist information office over the road. We were bed and breakfast so never tried the evening meal but the breakfast was well stocked and even at busy times you could always get a table. We ate twice at Baracuda bar and the food there was really good especially the chicken wok dish. The bar was relaxed and pleasant. A shout out to Christina and Serigne who were lovely servers.

Amazing stay and holiday

Just returned from a great 10 night stay at the hotel! The hotel is in a great location across from the sea! We use to stop off for a drink the last time we stayed in Santa Ponsa and thought the next time we come back we would stay at the hotel and we are glad we did! The rooms and all areas within the hotel were clean and very nice decor! Plenty of amenities and within the rooms we appreciated the fridge, kettle, air conditioning and the safe all for free which is getting harder to come by! We originally booked bed and breakfast however on arrival we upgraded to half board for 25 euro per person per night! We felt this was good value and were glad we did! Food quality was always good and for us plenty of choice! Both breakfast and dinner were great! There were plenty of sun loungers! A lovely big pool which we didnt go into with it being April! There was an indoor spa pool etc which we used once and was great to know it was there! What made this hotel for us was the staff! All very friendly throughout! We were made to feel welcome! The dinning room staff were amazing always happy to talk and smile and nothing was too much bother! A special shout out to the waitress Magaretta she was so lovely! We felt it hard to fault anything we did notice very minor bits that could make the hotel even better! There is a good few bird droppings around our balcony was cleaned everyday but this is an issue across the whole town! The sun-bed frames could do with a wipe as they do get marked with use! Other than that we would certainly return and at some point we will!

H10 exceeded my high expectations. Christina was a stand out superstar!!

High quality from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the door the staff set the tone for a fantastic short break. The roof top pool and terrace is stunning. I have to mention Christina at the terrace bar. She was born to do this and has a genuine love for her clients.

A great trip

Stayed in the H10 casa del mar for 4 nights at the end of August and this hotel did not disappoint. The hotel itself is modern , clean and the staff were all very pleasant . We didn’t go to the main pool but the roof top terrace with the infinity pool was beautiful. It was peaceful and gave us stunning views over the bay and when you are up there for sunset it really is stunning . The rooms were clean , quite spacious and were cleaned everyday. We only had breakfast food wise but for a buffet style it was fairly nice . Overall a wonderful stay and we will return to this hotel one day
