Great hotel in great loccation

My husband and I has a short 3 night trip to Majorca and chose H10 because its location. It is beachfront, just across the road and within easy walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants.
The breakfast was good with a lot of choice, something for everyone and the waiting staff were great. We didn't eat lunch or dinner at the hotel.
The bar staff were great, friendly and helpful and the bar on the top floor overlooking the pool was lovely to sit and take in the views.
A special mention to the reception staff who again were lovely and friendly and remembered us when we went to leave. Will definitely stay here again

Amazing stay and holiday

Just returned from a great 10 night stay at the hotel! The hotel is in a great location across from the sea! We use to stop off for a drink the last time we stayed in Santa Ponsa and thought the next time we come back we would stay at the hotel and we are glad we did!
The rooms and all areas within the hotel were clean and very nice decor! Plenty of amenities and within the rooms we appreciated the fridge, kettle, air conditioning and the safe all for free which is getting harder to come by!
We originally booked bed and breakfast however on arrival we upgraded to half board for 25 euro per person per night! We felt this was good value and were glad we did! Food quality was always good and for us plenty of choice! Both breakfast and dinner were great!
There were plenty of sun loungers! A lovely big pool which we didnt go into with it being April! There was an indoor spa pool etc which we used once and was great to know it was there!
What made this hotel for us was the staff! All very friendly throughout! We were made to feel welcome! The dinning room staff were amazing always happy to talk and smile and nothing was too much bother! A special shout out to the waitress Magaretta she was so lovely!
We felt it hard to fault anything we did notice very minor bits that could make the hotel even better! There is a good few bird droppings around our balcony was cleaned everyday but this is an issue across the whole town! The sun-bed frames could do with a wipe as they do get marked with use! Other than that we would certainly return and at some point we will!
