The H10 Atlantic Sunset Horizons Collection is located on a strip of land surrounded by the sea in Playa Paraíso, a very quiet area in the south of Tenerife, right in front of the island of La Gomera and with spectacular views of the sunset all year round. ANOTHER MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE AT THE H10

This was our 3rd time at the H10, only this time it was even more special as it was our honeymoon! I had been emailing the hotel team direct before we arrived, and I was confident they would give us the best honeymoon, and we were not let down in any way.
From the moment we arrived and were met with a glass of fizz, we were then assisted with the amazing and wonderful Barbera in the Privilege office with regards to my new wife's food allergies.
We were shown to our amazing suite , which was spotless and had an amazing view out to the Atlantic , and which was enjoyed every single morning and evening.
As on our previous stays, the booking system on the app was easy to use, and helped us plan our relaxing days so we had our meals at the times we wanted.
The food quality was superb, the service always friendly and attentive, the wines were outstanding, an amazing choice on offer as always.
We ate mostly in The View Privilege for breakfast and dinner, and also the Stromboli Italian on other occasions, with lunch at the Buffet Resturant , and all were lovely.
I had arrange a surprise for my new wife on the Privilege Rooftop which was amazing , and a credit to all that were involved in the whole evening, the setting was so romantic and the attention to detail with the flowers, the fire pit, the blankets due to the breeze, I can highly recommend the Rooftop Infinity Romantic package to all.
The 11 days passed way too quickly, and we have already booked to go back next year for 2 weeks.
I could praise every member of staff from reception to the bellboys, to the cleaners, the bar staff, all the waiters , the pool cleaners, lifeguards, all of them deserve praise and thanks for making our stay so memorable.
I must make a special mention to Barbera in the Privilege services, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy during our stay, even to the point of making a special visit to us on our last morning at breakfast to check we were ok and to say goodbye personally, these little touches make the H10 what it is, and we can't wait to come back next year, sooner if we can !!
