The H10 Atlantic Sunset Horizons Collection is located on a strip of land surrounded by the sea in Playa Paraíso, a very quiet area in the south of Tenerife, right in front of the island of La Gomera and with spectacular views of the sunset all year round. Lovely stay at hotel rooms spotless
Only downside was the buffet restaurant - very busy, loud and noisy atmosphere and food is mediocre.
la carte restaurants are amazing, with all the staff attentive and pleasant.
Privilege service is the best option to book - with access to privilege lounge and all la carte restaurants.
One thing that could be added - as in the privilege lounge, there are no snacks during the day only drinks served.

Fantastic H10 hotel!

We had a fantastic week at Easter as a family of 3 and it was perfect for our 7 year old son. The weather was fab albeit quite windy and a couple of days they had to close the infinity pool and around the other pools they had to take the parasols down as at some points it got really gusty.
The hotel is fantastic, its immaculate and spaced over 3 buildings and I think 6 storey height. When you check in you get an arm band with a chip in it so no room cards which we thought was great not worrying about losing your card. There are also little cleaning robots which travel around the hotel and lifts cleaning the corridors which my son loved! The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are super comfortable. You get a coffee machine and stocked mini bar and all drinks (except around the pool) are glass bottles of Coke/fanta. The beer is estrella and the white wine is good.
The restaurants you have to download an app and book, we were told to do this for the ala cartes but not the main buffet but I imagine in summer when its busy youd need to do it for all to avoid queues.
The main buffet restaurant is fabulous, this is probably the best 5 star buffet restaurant weve ate in! Breakfast is anything you can imagine, omelettes, crepes, sausages fab! They do a great childrens selection and our son liked the nesquick milk shakes. Evening meals are good with themes, chicken, steak etc.
We tried the Italian ala carte which was good with good pizza and pasta but our favourite was route 66 with steak, salmon, and our son enjoyed chicken strips and corn on the cob.
There are 4 pools a smaller kids pool with pirate ship, a family pool, a freshwater pool and infinity pool. There are ice cream trucks situated around the pools where you can get drinks, crisps and slushy. The family pool was always quite busy and you had to be there early for sunbeds but we just sat in other areas and walked to the family pool.
For the entertainment theres a theatre which does an early mini disco then a later disco and a decent show which finishes about 9:45.
Our son tried the kids club but he said it was a bit too young for him but theres plenty of activities going on around the pool and he made friends quickly.
Theres not a great deal around the hotel but a taxi to Adeje is 16 euros.
Id definitely recommend this hotel if you want a luxury relaxing break with kids
