Superb Hotel, can't fault it. Top tip....forget about room with a view.... deluxe bungalow terrace is the way forward! You get your own sun loungers so no rush at all... Massive shout out to ALL the staff who are so smiley and friendly but I must mention our cleaner and room attendant Jennifer! Thank you so much for making our 25th wedding Anniversary so special. The way you made our room and the little touches really made our stay! We will definitely be returning and hopefully get to see you again x 5 out of 5 from us!

Great hotel but......

Well, what can say... we stayed for a week, everything was clean, food was amazing and staff couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were big and beds comfortable and the hotel was always clean.
Just a few notes to add - you are not allowed to reserve sun beds which in my eyes is great because people were trying to save them till mid afternoon.
There was a couple on our last day having s3x, yes s3x in the main pool. Everyone was watching including staff and no one said anything. The hotel manager was called but also did nothing, this was very disappointing and disgusting to see, yes it's an adult only hotel but not an 18 to 30 hotel.
This was the only thing that let the hotel down.

Cant fault this hotel at all and here are all the postitives
Room was spot on. Absolutely spotless and cleaned daily. All toiletries supplied including toothbrushes and shaving kits. Air conditioning. Large HDTV including English TV.
Excellent WIFI all through the hotel.
Food was excellent with different themed food every night. Asian night was excellent. Even roast beef and yorkshire puds on English night.
They stick to the rule of not putting towels on sunbeds then going out for the day. Good on ya !!
Heated swimming pool which was lovely although the jacuzzi was too hot tbh.
Branded drinks instead of usual crap you get on all inclusive. The Baileys was definitely Baileys
Evening entertainment was surprisingly very good...Spanish Bee Gees I kid you not...they were superb. Best entertainment Ive seen in a hotel if Im honest. Great change from pissed up people doing karaoke.
Great coffee and cake shop and Italian Restaurant.
All staff were polite and very friendly.
In summary...great holiday..great hotel...and no screaming kids
