H10 Gran Tinerfe, Tenerife

Fantastic holiday

Retuned, having stayed last year, as a party of four to celebrate two birthdays. Our rooms were decorated with balloons upon arrival and we were also given bottles of cava and cake. Great service across all areas. Many of the staff are the same as last year which is always a good sign. They all went out of their way to make sure we again had a memorable holiday. Food selection and quality is excellent. In addition to the main restaurant, there are three others, two of which you are able to visit if you are on all inclusive. The staff are very flexible in making bookings if your first choice isn't available. Entertainment is very good and Danny and his team get everyone involved who want to be part of the activities. There are plenty of sunbeds set around the three main pools and we always managed to get four together. The rule of no reserving sunbeds before 10am seems to work well and everyone we saw were happy to comply. The location is excellent with a walk of around 15 minutes to Las Americas or the centre of Adeje the other way. A taxi for either journey was around 7 / 8 euros. Great views from the rooms, whichever way you are facing. Restaurants and bars close before midnight so we never experienced any noise. A big thank you to Mariska and Marina, as well as Camilla and Belinda on reception for making arrangements during our stay. We look forward to returning again!

Second stay this year

Myself and my husband stayed in the hotel from 25th July until 8th August our second trip this year and our 10th stay in this hotel. From check in to check out everything as usual was stunning. We were in room 726 and our room and view was amazing.. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. The food had a great variety and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Shoutout to Marina and her team who were always on hand to help with anything. The po area was spotless and cleaned daily. Dani and the animation team kept everyone entertained with various activities daily. The Summer party was stunning and nightly entertainment was varied and amazing. The reason we will keep coming back to the H10 Gran Tinerefe is amazing staff, amazing food spotless everywhere and overall quality. So keep doing what you are doing and we will see you soon.

Fantastic Holiday we will be back

We stayed Privilege half board and from the moment the taxi arrived at the hotel it was the start of a fantastic holiday. Our luggage was looked after, and check in was very efficient. We arrived at the hotel at about 8.30.p.m. but had previously contacted the hotel to book us into the El Mirador Restaurant for an evening meal. The food was lovely and it was chilling over-looking the sea eating our food and drinking a bottle of wine. The staff were very efficient and friendly. After eating we went to our room which was very clean and our suitcases were waiting. There were always sunbeds available around the privilege solarium. We ate in the El Mirador every day for breakfast, the food was lovely and the staff were fantastic. We ate in the El Mirador for the whole 16 days either in the evening or swapped to lunch except for one night when we went to the Italian. The food was great in both restaurants. I loved the entertainment especially the Pool Foam Parties and the Beach Parties. The beach party, is around the pool and was excellent. The aqua aerobics and the bikes in the pool looked fun but I was too lazy, maybe next time! All the staff were brilliant except for two in the EL Mirador on the last evening. I am glad we did not have them both working there together from the start of the holiday. Breakfast and lunch the next day was back to the usual excellent service.

Excellent hotel- great staff

My second time in this hotel. Nine of us last time and I put a good review. Just been back 16 of us. Fabulous time. Excellent hotel great location
