Good place to stay, H10 las palmeras

Service excellent, noise level acceptable, cleanliness is good, rooms are good but slightly dated,
I have a garlic allergy so food was awkward, however after informing them in the dining hall Galindo ( member of staff ) came to me when I arrived and showed me what contained garlic and what did not. If there was nothing suitable he got the kitchen to cook something especially for me he did this every evening, Thank you Galindo.
Lovely stay we were sad to leave.

Mixed opinion - lots of positives but some negatives

We had a good holiday even with the disappointing weather. The animation team are great especially Javi who put on lots of activities to keep us entertained during the day. Activities include water aerobics, water polo and water volleyball everyday, they also play darts, scholen, shuffleboard, archery and French bowls.
Yes the rooms are small but quite adequate and clean, no kettle in room, good toiletries included, shampoo, conditioner, body wash hand wash and body cream.
They do give you 2 bottles of water at the beginning of your holiday but it was a shame they were not replaced once used.
The hotel is in an excellent position with a gate at the bottom of the pool area which gives direct access to the prom where there is excellent walks left or right.
We found the staff very pleasant.
The one area that is lacking is the food, the meat is often not cooked enough and still pink inside especially the burgers and skewers that are cooked on the grill. The snack bar food was good but even their burgers were pink inside.
We were not being picked up until 4pm but they wanted to remove both our wristbands at 12pm on checkout which meant we wouldn't be able to get out the back gate and would not be able to get any further drinks on the all inclusive and couldn't get any lunch food. We asked to keep the bands so we could get out the gate which they allowed, we were then able to get drinks but we couldn't go into the restaurant for lunch as they disactivate you. I have never had this before when paid all inclusive and didn't like it.
It's a good hotel but probably wouldn't go back.

It was my ,first holiday alone, but everyone was so welcoming and friendly, from the lovely chap by the pool who sorted my umbrella for me to all the staff, entertainment in the pool was great, plenty choice of food which was delicious, rooms were spotless.my only moan is I caught the bug going around, and the road view was loud at night, but once i closed the doors it was ok. I will be back next year.xx

First time in Tenerife

A very lively hotel in a very lively area. As long as you aware of that fact then everything is good. Good food, good atmosphere and lovely staff. The only downside was not a hotel issue but selfish guests. People would be queuing at first light to reserve sunbeds, which would then remain unused until after lunch. A trip whale and dolphin watching was amazing and a trip to Lori Parque was fantastic. We are booking again for next in this hotel and bringing the rest of the family.
