This is a lovely hotel. Great locaton, close to all the amenities.Beach, shops, bars all on the doorstep.
The rooms are quite small, very clean and have lovely bathrooms with modern rain and hand shower.
The sea view rooms are very quiet and worth the extra money.
Decor and furnishings in hotel were beautiful. Boutique style and lots interesting beautiful Spanish style tiling.
All inclusive drinks were the best Ive ever had at any hotel. Top labels available on many spirits and cocktails.
The pools were lovely and sunbeds always available. A little disappointing to have to pay 1.50 for new pool towels and a 15.00 returnable deposit.
Staff were very good everywhere and all entertainment was fun and added a party spirit.
Great holiday! I definitely recommend.

Two words: Excellent Hotel!
When we first arrived here, we immediatly noticed how properly hygenic everything in this hotel was.
The rooms are a little small and basic, but the beds are very comfortable and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day.
There are 3 swimming pools, most of the time they are not too crowded, so swimming was quite relaxing.
At the first lunch buffet we had, I had some doubts about the quality of the food, however after that, the food was very good and they took account of allergies very seriously.
The presence of a supermarket right by the exit of the hotel is really convenient if you wanted drinks or water on the room.
We also rented a car for a few days, and there is a LOT to do on the island. The rent prices also decrease when rented for more days, which is neat for thosd who wants to rent a car for their entire vacation.
The staff here are very friendly and do every they can to satisfy needs of guests, some of them aren't fluent English-speakers, but they really try their best.
Overall a very good experience and wish to come again someday.

Hi, just asking if anyone has used their firestick in H10 Las Palmeras Hotel. Last time we went, the TV didn't have an HDMI port, but we have a converter now, so if there are the three coloured holes (red, yellow and white) in the back of telly in rooms, then it should work. Is anyone staying here, that can check back of TV? Thanks
